Determination of burning behavior of interior materials in motor vehicles This test is used to determine the burning rate of materials used in the occupant compartments of motor vehicles after ignition by a small flame. The aim of the test is to assess the fire hazard caused by fires in the interior of motor vehicles originating from sources such as matches or cigarettes.
